Here at A Simple Solution we have five packaged answering service plans to offer. We have the ability to create custom flat rate plans upon request. Choose the one that best suites your call volume and leave the rest to us. Each service plan includes answering your telephone as designated by you. A detailed message will be taken for you, if you choose we will then use one of the following methods to deliver the message to you, page, fax pcs text or e-mail the message to you and patch the caller through to you if needed. A message call log will be sent to you via fax or e-mail, daily as part of your service. Should your call volume increase we will be more than happy to change your service plan at the begining of the next billing cycle. We have a number special services to choose from designed to enhance your call plan.
